In order to avoid problems, please double check your order details (size, color, style) carefully before you place the veil order, as our goods are processed according to requirements in your order. All placed orders are subjected under our return policy.
We only accept the return of items in their original condition. For any returns or exchanges, please make sure the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with tags and other intact attachments.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
·Customized items (custom length or custom style) are considered final sale items, and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we don’t accept any return or exchange without our prior confirmation.
We are gladly do an exchange if the item is defective but I must be notified within 2-3 days of receiving the item. If it is past that time please email anyways to see if there is still something I can do for you. I will do an exchange as well on most items if it does not work for you. Please email me to see if your item qualifies for an exchange.
Procedures Of Return And Refund
·Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
·Items must be sent to our return address within 7 days after the return request is confirmed. Please kindly email us the return delivery information, including the shipping courier and tracking number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, except for items that are defective, damaged or mis-shipped.
·Credit will be processed for the original cost paid for the items and tax, handling fees and other additional fees.
·Most credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
·Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts used on your order. If you have used a coupon code in your order and are unsure about your refund amount, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not offer returns on custom orders but I may be able to adjust the item to your liking. Please convo me to see what we can do. Veils that are made to a custom length, with addtional layers/blusher and raw edge silk veils are non refundable. Buyer will need to pay shipping back to me and back to buyer for additional custom requests.
